Ralph Pink classics

The designer I used to work for Ralph Pink, is now a friend of mine and I plan to go back and intern for him after Browns. We obviously still keep in touch and I do the occasional favour. So he's given me £200 to try and track down 5/6 iconic classic pieces of attire I couldn't live without. This is a lot harder than it seems. I'm  looking at the cut and detail to the pattern cutting to the clothes as this is what he will be studying. Colour and print don't matter in this process as they have nothing to do with the cut or fit of the pieces.
I hope you enjoy these classics.

River Island
£50
River Island seem to be stepping up their game and have produced some really nice pieces this season. Normally they ruin perfectly wearable pieces with a neon pocket or some hideous lace. However this tuxedo jacket is a classic which can compliment any day outfit to evening.

Topshop
£50
This sexy little slinky number is the ultimate classic for women everywhere. That slit and the open back adds the sensual sex appeal without revealing too much, the long sleeves and floor length keeps an equal balance. Not normally a fan of Topshop but this is gorgeous.

Zara
£29.99
Cigarette trousers are essential. They are smart, sexy and oh so chic. Zara do the perfect ankle swinging pair and are known for the perfectly tailoring.

Topshop
£30
This shirt hangs beautifully off the shoulders in a casually smart way. The rolled up sleeves add a small level of detail and the band collar gives the neck an elegant look.

Zara
£25.99
A pencil skirt is a staple for every woman who wants to look fabulous at work.

New Look
£14.99
A long sleeve collared shirt is another essential to your wardrobe, New Look do some weird old garments but this is lovely.
