Festival time.

BARCELONA

I'm off to Barcelona next week, wahooo! And luckily I'm down for the last day of CITY LOVE, a new way to party and see the city in three days it's a new way to fall in love with the city. Starting on the Thursday and finishing on the Friday night, with Just Jack, Flux and Aartekt playing, it's full on dancing for three whole days as well as throwing creative parties with an insane visual production and decorating the city in art.

This summer I'm excited about Farr festival a new up and coming boutique festival, I'm hoping to go with a few of my friends. Located just outside of London in Hertfordshire. It's basically one big party in the woods with names such as Eats Everything, Jackmaster, Ben Pearce and many more it's house music at it's best.

During the day everything from Fleetwood Mac to Return of the Mac will be player, Vita Coco will be taking over an area converting it into a beach bar. Also Fox Hole will be hosting a secret underground one off DJ night but only those who manage to get hold of a Fox Hole transfer will be lucky enough to attend.

Another brilliant thing about Farr festival is that you can arrange coach transfer from either West or East London for a mere £20! I think that's bloody brilliant as we all know what a nightmare it is getting to and from festivals. So this makes it so much easier.

Dates: 19th -21st July

For the last three years Bloop festival has been merging avant garde art and music together for 36 days of the summer. It's the first festival of it's kind to dedicate itself to linking art and music together with the help of participants. Happening all across the island, the festival is completely free with parties you can attend! Previous years, artists has painted muriels on derelict buildings, painted goats and large scale video mapping to clubbers, insane!

This year the festival has the theme of "Control" and will see how it affects our every day lives as individuals and as a whole. Find more information here. Bloop festival
