PFW - DAY 2

This season has been pretty chilled, we arrived mid fashion week, so we didn’t get many tickets as normal. I’m not high profile enough dahling. But we went to Issey Miyake today which was really good. Lots of people looking fabulous and the show went back to their roots. There will be a post by Jemima Daisy and pictures by myself.
After the show we headed for lunch in Le Marais for a nice Croque Monsier and lots of wine. I love sitting outside on the street, I felt very Parisian. All very civilised and sophisticated for us. After meeting the Blair’s best friend last night she informed us on this exhibition going on, so we headed to see what it was all about and turns out Jemima and I had a bloody good time. Tucked behind the wooden doors on the street or Rue De Verrier it lead to a courtyard and then into the main building. All very white and spacious we walked through to discover and black canvas, it was called self-portrait and we thought “woah this is pretty fucking conceptual” next thing we knew is that we were on the canvas. It infact took our photo and etched it onto the canvas, it was a live portrait basically, and we had so much fun with it. We pouted and posed and had a grand old time. We then went upstairs to discover the most amazing mirror. Built of lots of little squares, each one reacted to movement. So we were dancing and all sorts to create the most beautiful effects.

It was one of the best exhibitions I’ve been to.
We had another little wonder and decided to carry on with a little more shopping then have a break in a rather expensive café, it was early afternoon so we ordered cocktails and ice cream. Opposite there was a rather large vintage fair that was going on. So we entered and discovered the most lavish vintage pieces one could set their beady eyes on. Hermes coats, Dior sunglasses, Chanel handbags, you name it. Us poor paupers bestowed upon the cheaper range and discovered some beauties for the mere price of €15 and it was amazing.
After a long hardworking day we headed back to our hotel and chilled for once. Met up with our friends and went for a fat old indian. Delicious.
