Splurge, Spend or Save - Shades of Grey

This winter I've gone a bit crazy for all shades of grey, as in the colour not the books. However I did read those books...Anyway, grey is a great colour to wear, it goes with almost every colour and looks ridiculously chic. Not as harsh as black but not as bright as white.

Splurge, Spend or Save - Juicy Like Tropicana

The tropical print is everywhere this season, once thought as a tacky holiday shirt is now all the rage. Think palm trees, hibiscus flowers and most of all colour! This could be a daunting look as we want to stay away from the hawaiian tourist look but rock it with a splash of washed out denim or some simple greek sandals and it will ultimately be chic and effortless.

Slurge, Spend or Save - Sale Away

With manic sales arising I thought I would give you the tips I use when considering what to purchase.
1. Don't buy things because it's cheap.
2.Think about you're style and whether you'd wear it again,
3. Don't be scared of the slightly more crazy pieces because they do end up being a fabulous cheap investment.
4. However also pick classic pieces that you know you'll treasure forever.
5. Shop by size! Don't buy things that won't fit you.
